FAQQ1. Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?A1. We are a manufacturer as you can see our workshop as above Q2. How to have my components quoted?A2. Please contact us via TradeManager or Email and send us your drawings inclusive of 2D and 3D(STEP, or IGS file). And detail requirements. Then our engineering team will work on them and submit competitive quotation to you. Q3. What's the lead time for tooling and samples ?A3. The normal lead time is 30~40 days for tooling and samples. Q4. Can i have prototypes for testing before tooling. A4. Yes, we have team to support prototypes with machining process to fabricate them for your testing. Q5. What is your payment term?A5. 50% mold cost deposit, balance mold cost will be paid after samples confirmation. 50% production cost for deposit, balance will be paid against copy of B/L. We accept T/T. Q6. How to ship the samples and production order?A6. Normally we ship the samples via DHL, UPS, FedEx via our cooperated forwarder or freight collect. Production order will be delivered by sea or by air.
